**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**OBJECTIVES**
- To coordinate and give support to functional BU’s regarding to company policies, company culture and other HR information needed.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Execute recruitment activities as per recruitment plan according to approved headcount and recruitment requests from Dept/ Center/ Division - Back Office.
- Regularly provide update on recruitment progress and actively analyze weekly/monthly recruitment results in order to have suitable - planning and solutions to fulfill the recruitment needs.
- Proactively assist or coordinate with HRBP to provide resources solutions to BU from both internal transfer / adjustment and external hiring
- Resolve other recruitment-related issues & undertake other tasks assigned by Talent Acquisition Team Leader.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Education**

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields

**Experience**

At least 03 year of recruitment experience.

**Skills**
- Highly skilled in recruitment, operation, communication, negotiation, presentation,
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Good networking skill
- Good headhunting skill and industry mapping (people research)
- General industry knowledge required
- Able to learn and understand technical terms

**Other requirements**
- Creative, dynamic and team player with business acumen and passion for company business growth
- Team building, coordination and follow
- up skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to work with all organizational levels
- Good English communications skills
- High learning ability
- Self-motivation ability
