In the challenging business context of emerging Bancassurance market, it is required to deploy strategic partnership activities via accelerating engagement among PD staff to drive business goal and communication message appropriately. This role is required the one who is proactive in understanding business insight among parties; translate into staff engagement plan & take lead deployment to support Salesforce team for sales achievement. We aim that each of member is so proud of becoming a part of PD and spread out to others.

The key responsibilities of this role:
EVENT PLANNING & ORGANIZATION
- Understand the unique perspective of PD’s salesforce, business needs and priorities, in order to improve employee interaction with PVA in general and PD in particular.
- Take lead and implement internal event programs to improve the motivation for both sales force and back office in line with corporate business plan and culture.
- Take lead for for co-ordinating the implementation of Partnership Distribution's event based on the direction of management.
- Keep up with new trends and apply/ adapt great ideas Distribution’s events/ trips as relevant and at highest standard of services.

PD COMMUNICATION ON PLATFORM FACEBOOK
- Take lead for planning & execution for all communication activities related to all PD's projects on facebook group channel.
- Promote social communication to increase engagement through the Internal Facebook group. Continuously create new ideas, activities, programsto maintain attraction and increase members’ interaction.
- Manage member & interactive content on group facebook, in line with department and corporate business culture.

ITEMS INVENTORY AND MANAGEMENT
- Supervise the design and production of engagement items such as gifts, certificates, trophies, etc. Ensure all items are well designed and properly produced in line with Engagement mood and objective.
- Store and manage pre-produced items in PD Storage. Carefully track movements of items to avoid any loss and damage.

OTHERS
- To be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any)

This role is required to:

- Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging PD’ Sales Force toward the success of a goal.
- Relationship-building skills with Sales Management Team, Cross-Functional Teams, PD’s Sales Force and other stakeholders.
- Empathy, using skills that allow this position to determine what is most important to their target audience, and then working to deliver on an organizational promise.
- Manage and coordinate well, ensuring work progress and efficiency
- Organizing, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
