In the challenging business context of emerging Life Insurance market, it is required to build and develop a strong and capable Salesforce team with the aim of driving business goals of Partnership Distribution including Bancassurance. Furthermore, using insight & accelerating engagement and retention for PD Salesforce thing is also a critical point under the design of this position.
Trong bối cảnh thị trường Bảo hiểm Nhân thọ đang phát triển nhanh chóng và đầy thách thức, việc xây dựng và phát triển đội ngũ Kinh doanh là một điều bắt buộc, nhằm mục đích hỗ trợ việc hoàn thành chỉ tiêu kinh doanh của bộ phận Hợp tác Kinh doanh bao gồm kênh Hợp tác Ngân hàng. Ngoài ra, hiểu sâu sắc các thông tin bên dưới đội ngũ kinh doanh và việc gia tăng sự kết nối và gắn bó của đội ngũ kinh doanh bộ phận với tổ chức cũng là một yêu cầu dành cho người nắm giữ vị trí này.
1. Job responsibility:
1.1. Payment & benefits:
- Conduct monthly payment for Salesforce team of Partnership Distribution including: basic salary, allowance and financial aids as per project eligibility
- Thực hiện thanh toán hàng tháng cho Đội ngũ kinh doanh của Kênh Hợp tác Kinh doanh bao gồm việc tính toán thu nhập cơ bản và các khoản trợ cấp; hỗ trợ tài chính theo các dự án_
- Coordinate internally to contribute ideas to yearly compensation for FSC
- Phối hợp trong nội bộ để đóng góp các thay đổi cho chính sách thu nhập đội ngũ FSC hàng năm_
- Be responsible for supervising health benefits program for PD Salesforce and payment procedure to ensure execution on time in full
- Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát chương trình quyền lợi sức khỏe dành cho đội ngũ Kinh doanh trực tiếp và đảm bảo quy trình thanh toán cho kênh Banca chính xác và đúng thời hạn_
1.2. Manpower analytics & insight:
- Be responsible for Salesforce Manpower analytics & insights via including: survey, exit survey, discussion... that drive actions to other Teams/Functions in PD to enhance the experience & retention.
- Chịu trách nhiệm cho các hoạt động phân tích và đánh giá và tìm hiểu sâu nguồn lực đội ngũ Kinh doanh thông qua: khảo sát, thảo luận giúp thúc đẩy các hoạt động nội bộ tại PD nhằm tăng trải nghiệm và tính gắn kết_
- Be responsible for coordinating with relevant Teams in maintaining and developing PD Manpower reports/Dashboard
- Chịu trách nhiệm phối hợp với các Bộ phận, Phòng ban nhằm duy trì và phát triển hệ thống báo cáo, Dashboard nguồn lực nhân sự dành cho PD_
1.2. FSC Headcount plan:
- Quarterly review Headcount plan for FSC model with monthly follow-up by recruitment need and actual business context
- Định kỳ xem xét kế hoạch nguồn lực nhân sự FSC và theo dõi thông qua kế hoạch tuyển dụng hàng tháng, tình hình thực tế của đội ngũ kinh doanh_
- Other tasks assigned by Management level
