**Your Role**:
- Develop and execute a robust sales plan, including quarterly, monthly, and weekly targets.
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, consistently meeting or surpassing company goals.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking and relationship-building.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our agency, offering support and consultation to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Other tasks according to assignment from your direct report.
