Sales Representative

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam GOEX TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS CORPORATION Full time

Responsible for initiating sales calls to assigned prospects or current clients
- Prospect for leads and perform cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses
- Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships
- Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers
- Responsible for QBA (Quote Below Authority) process with T&E team
- Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets
- Uphold rapport with clients and prospects
- Nurture new sales leads to secure business
- Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients
- Responsible for following up with T&E team regarding shipments execution until delivery completed to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one
- Ensure to build sufficient Sales pipeline and meet Sales target set by Direct Manager
- Other tasks to be assigned by direct manager.

These duties can be changed to fit business needs and will be assigned and communicated by your direct manager.

**Expected Qualifications**:

- **MUST** have entrepreneurship mindset. Building-blocks work is expected.
- Diploma/Bachelor degree is required.
- Possess a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Sales experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding/Logistics organizations.
- Customer Experience Mindset, good communication, out-of-the-box thinking and good problem-solving skills.
