Key Responsibilities- Customer Targeting: Identify and engage potential clients through research and networking.
- Product Demonstration: Present and effectively communicate the value of IT solutions to prospective clients.
- Deal Negotiation: Close deals and oversee client onboarding.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales goals.
- Proposal Preparation: Create and deliver customized sales proposals and quotations.
- Sales Tracking: Monitor sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Networking: Represent Dion at industry events and conferences to expand your network.
- Market Feedback: Provide insights on market trends and client needs to inform product development.
- Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
- Experience: At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the IT sector or related industries.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Compensation: Base salary of 20-30 million VND gross per month, plus a sales commission scheme.
- Benefits: Healthcare package and guaranteed 13th-month salary.
- Engagement Type: Full-time, On-site, determined contract.
