- Maintain and monitor pipeline and metrics for assigned customers, performing analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Support supplier strategies by aligning solutions with customers to maximize profitable growth and customer expansion.
- Prioritize customers and opportunities with greatest potential for success.
- Closely manage profitability by minimizing profit leaks and maximizing gross profit.
- Solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market, and the needs of assigned accounts.
- Understanding of emerging market trends and interdependencies impacting customers.
- Developed sales expertise across a defined portfolio of products/services/accounts.
- Ability to work independently or lead teams to identify, pursue, or manage accounts/opportunities.
- Autonomy to set and negotiate product/service terms.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling electronic components.
