Trackman is in search of exceptional individuals to further enhance our success story. As a Trackman Representative, your role will involve showcasing and selling Trackman products and services within your assigned territory.
About Trackman:
- Trackman is a rapidly expanding sports technology company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and sale of 3D ball flight measurement systems for various sports sectors. Originally designed for golf, Trackman has established itself as a market leader across multiple sports disciplines by providing real-time sports motion data.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct product demonstrations for teaching professionals, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, and other client segments regularly.
- Utilize various communication channels such as cold calling, workshops, and social media to generate leads.
- Collaborate with local PGA and golf organizations to create demand.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through continuous training and service.
- Prepare proposals and manage orders.
- Provide customer training and support.
- Organize Trackman University workshops.
- Test products and offer feedback to the development teams.
- Develop and enhance sales strategies for your territory.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Background in golf as a professional or single HCP amateur player.
- Established network within the local golf industry.
- Drive, initiative, and a willingness to exceed expectations.
- Fluency in English.
- Education in technology, business, or marketing.
- Commitment to promises and building strong relationships.
- Effective time management and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
PREFERABLY:
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience.
- Experience in devising sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Windows 7-10 configurations and Microsoft Office.
COMPENSATION:
The role offers a compensation plan comprising 60% fixed income and 40% variable pay. Extensive training and continuous coaching will be provided. The position requires working from a home office within the territory with 50% travel.
