- Phân loại sản phẩm phù hợp với các kênh thương mại điện tử
- Tối ưu hóa lợi nhuận và hỗ trợ khuyến mại để tăng doanh thu bán hàng và tỷ suất lợi nhuận gộp
- Phân tích hiệu suất của các chiến dịch khuyến mại

**Chăm sóc khách hàng**
- Hợp tác với các Digital MKT, CRM, CS để thúc đẩy lưu lượng truy cập trực tuyến, tăng số lượng khách hàng mới và giữ chân khách hàng hiện tại
- Thấu hiểu hành vi mua hàng trực tuyến của người tiêu dùng để tăng quy mô giỏ hàng và tần suất mua hàng lặp lại của khách hàng thân thiết

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Ngoại thương, Quản trị kinh doanh
- Có 3 - 5 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên làm việc tại vị trí tương đương trong các sàn TMĐT hoặc Ecommerce enabler sản phẩm Công nghệ thông tin. Có kiến thức và sử dụng thành thạo ít nhất 1 hệ thống bán hàng TMĐT
- Tiếng Anh: Sử dụng tốt trong công việc
- Kỹ năng quản lý để truyền cảm hứng và dẫn dắt đội ngũ bán hàng
- Có kinh nghiệm Digital, Website automation hoặc CRM là một lợi thế.
- Tư duy kinh doanh, hướng đến kết quả và thái độ dám làm.
- Tư duy logic, có hệ thống và làm tốt quy trình.
- Tư duy đổi mới và ham học hỏi
