**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Trade Policy**
- Strong knowledge, experiences in various aspects of doing agri-business in Vietnam and huge network in agriculture system and governmental agencies.

**Financial Discipline**
- Increase sales and market share, maximize EBIT, manage expenses within targeted levels Provide recommendations to the Management Team on potential opportunities to increase sales Communicate clear monthly targets to territory Leads that reflect the focus and budget requirements of the business.
- Develop and maintain a pricing strategy that is attractive to customers while maximizing profits to the business.

**Enhance customer base**:

- Proactively manage customer relationships
- Build and develop the Farmer Network
- Lead the commercial teams to attain best in customer relationships Planning and leading sales force to execute weekly / monthly sales & collection plan.
- Planning and leading the demand creation activity to ensure liquidation from C1 to C2 to farmers.

**Product placement**
- Lead the demand generation activities in the territory with local distributors.
- Manage and operate the market development team to create market demand (Presentations, Technical seminars, Farmer field day workshops, Events)
- Work with relevant local distributors' staff to achieve /exceed the sales consumption targets in the region.
- Skill coaching for the market development team. Drive the Technical training for the market development team and Farmer Network
- Operating the coordination between the market development team and with marketing team
- Mapping area's crop structure, pest forecasting, market insights collections
- Surveying farmer and customer's demands and feedback
- Joining to organize and seminar on local TV.
- New product launching preparation such as pre-commercial trials and demos.
- Coordinate with Marketing Manager to ensure national marketing campaigns and strategies are implemented.

**Conceptual of Sales Policy**
- Ensure rolling forecasting accuracy Conduct half yearly and annual performance reviews with commercial team Ensuring area sales goals are achieved through the effective placement and motivation of sales and support professionals.
- Exploring new sales opportunities (new crops/new solutions/ geographies)
- Actively calling on key accounts C1, C2 and assists sales force where appropriate.
- Involved in decisions for commercial assortment and reference pricing, as well as for the product planning and logistics.
- Recruiting, training, coaching and motivating sales reps and other field force to achieve area sales goals.

**REQUIRMENTS**:

- Extensive experience in senior commercial roles within the Agribusiness industry: Agrochemicals, Biocides, Crop Protection, Fertilisers, Seeds
- University graduate, preferably in Crop Protection, Agriculture, or Agricultural background
- At least 10 years of experience
- Agrochemical product knowledge
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Experience in building and developing customer networks including farmers.
- Good at English is preferable.
