**ROLE PURPOSE**

The Management Trainee (CEO) will support the CEO to develop and implement strategic projects and business processes. His/her goal is to acquire all essential knowledge & experiences to become a future Key Management person, acting as an effective and reliable CEO Assistant.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Support the CEO in developing and implementing strategic growth projects.
- Deeply understand business processes and each department assigned by the CEO (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Finance..)
- Research ways to increase the profitability & effectiveness of certain functions and/or projects
- Help CEO in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data, providing recommendations)
- Participate in company strategic planning
- Keep track of business results for special projects
- Create and give executive reports
- Acting as an effective and reliable assistant to the CEO

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Graduated from a reputable university OR recently completed an MBA program (preferred)
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Law, Business Administration, or a related field relevant to the company's operations
- Fluent in English (reading, listening, writing, speaking)
- Previous experience in Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Healthcare industries
- Experience in management consulting and/or successful implementation of strategic projects in relevant business areas (e.g., Commercial, Business Intelligence, Finance Business Partnering, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills, effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, a results-driven approach, and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Vietnamese citizenship preferred
