Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Sales and Sourcing Specialist to support our fast-paced cosmetics trading team in Vietnam. This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, both with existing clients and new accounts, to ensure seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new accounts in the cosmetics sector. Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Generate and manage accurate sales documents, including quotations, Proforma Invoices (PIs), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists, to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Product Sourcing: Assist in sourcing high-quality cosmetic products from suppliers. Negotiate favorable terms to ensure competitive pricing and meet client expectations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and document meetings, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on all action items.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to cosmetic imports and exports. Share insights with the sales team to inform strategy.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor client satisfaction and track sales performance. Suggest innovative improvements to enhance sales strategies and client relationships.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or trading environment is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Teamwork: Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
