About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic cosmetics sales and sourcing team in Thao Dien, District 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new accounts in the cosmetics sector.
  • Generate and manage accurate sales documents, including quotations, Proforma Invoices (PIs), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
  • Assist in sourcing high-quality cosmetic products from suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Organize and document meetings, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on all action items.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to cosmetic imports and exports.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and track sales performance.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and presentation skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or trading environment.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • A proactive approach with a client-focused mindset, eager to learn and grow.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
