In charge of Sales revenue, Account management & Operations:

  • SALES
  • Do sales forecast by customers, months & models.
  • Be accountable for sell
- in & sell
- out targets for Light Commercial Air Conditioner (LCAC) products in the South region.
  • Drive sales & monitor profit aligning with assigned targets.
  • Develop & execute long
- term & mid
- term business strategies.

  • ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
  • Work closely with customers for technical & commercial support and build strong relationships.
  • Negotiate & finalize sales contracts to maximize sales revenue & align with sales targets.
OPERATIONS- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations of contract, billing, payment, delivery.

  • Track sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.
  • Other related tasks assigned by Head of Business, AC

  • Education background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations/Economics/Commercial or related major.

Working experience:

  • Familiar with Channel sales/ Wholes sales in South Region
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Air Conditioner Product.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong data & market analysis ability
  • Good at planning & sales forecast skills
  • Good written and spoken English and/or Chinese skills.
