The
Mission of the Business Line Manager Industrial Air is to accelerate growth of the Industrial Air business and achieve the targets and objectives.

He or she put in place strategy to maximize the business based on the full potential and optimizing profitability.

She or he is a key member of the management team of Atlas Copco Vietnam and reports to the General Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Grow the Industrial Air revenue and profitability in a sustainable and consistent way in accordance with the targets in Vietnam.
  • Put in place strategies and action plans to substantially increase the market share and customer share with dedicated focus on all product ranges.
  • Safeguard efficiency of sales activities and territory management to maximize the market presence needed to reach full potential and achieve the divisional goals.
  • Focus on creating highest customer value by offering solutions based on individual customer needs increasing the success rate and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive proactive sales by leading the sales teams towards extraordinary individual and collective results through competence development and sales management.
  • Manage working capital in a consistent way to reach the objectives and align the sales stock tactics to support the business growth.
  • Professionalize all sales activities through full adoption to CRM, optimizing automation of leads, efficient lead management and consistent creation of quotations.
  • Lead by example, promote open communication and transparency, and actively improve internal cooperation to optimize sustainable growth for the entire organization
  • Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, proactively obtaining feedback and acting adequately to customer feedback.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role
  • Leadership experience and ability to inspire to go the extra mile
  • Experience working in a large and complex organization

  • Business acumen with strong negotiation skills and valuebased selling
  • People person with strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytic ability to digest data and transform into strategy and action

Education & knowledge

  • University degree in engineering, business management, or proven by experience
  • Solid verbal and written English skills
