Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Commercial Excellence Team of 10 people including Sales Operations, SFE & CRM.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of commercial initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective gotomarket strategies for new products and services.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales optimization and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while ensuring competitive market positioning.
  • Lead the development and execution of sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of sales tools and technologies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral and promotional materials that support sales efforts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales channels and partners, implementing necessary adjustments and improvements.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in commercial excellence, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or medical laboratory industry.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and CRM systems to analyze sales data and track performance.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and crossfunctionally, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Resultsoriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.
