  • Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing product and service information.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

  • Good problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
