**Job Description**:

- Ensuring the operating indicators of the Contact Center (comprise Inhouse and BPO): SLA Inbound, SLA Zendesk, SLA Chat ;
- Develop and control processes and standards to ensure the quality of personnel;
- Setting up and developing the switchboard system and software;
- Work with relevant departments to support and resolve complaints about customers/drivers through the Call Center;
- Manage, train, re-train, motivate and develop staff skills, ensure members grasp and perform well;
- Build and develop a knowledge base of the department's operations.

Job Requirement
- University degree in related disciplines;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel), management software and data driven;
- Dynamic, creative, good communication;
- Honesty, responsible for work;
- Fluency in English is an advantage.
