We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Technical Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving adoption and revenue growth of our FusionFlow platform. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and marketing savvy to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform and generate demand among enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate sales pipeline for our enterprise cloud platform.

Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to understand product capabilities, market trends, and customer requirements, and translate technical features into compelling value propositions.

Lead the development of sales collateral, marketing materials, and digital content to support sales efforts and engage target audiences across various channels.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target markets and tailor messaging and positioning accordingly.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target accounts through personalized outreach, presentations, and engagement initiatives.

Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, events, and webinars to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our platform and drive demand generation.

Provide sales enablement support including training, tools, and resources to empower sales teams to effectively communicate our value proposition and overcome objections.

Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to inform product development and sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Proven track record of success in technical sales and marketing roles within the enterprise software industry.

Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS).

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive demand generation and revenue growth.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, able to prioritize initiatives and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and sales enablement tools is preferred.
