  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and patient preferences. Use the insights gained to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Cultivate relationships with physicians, medical professionals, community organizations, and potential referral sources. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a coordinated approach to patient acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor expenses and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to hospital leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
