Job Description:

  • Work with BU Head and AMs in presale support, support AMs to prepare the proposal/contract, and follow up with contract signing
  • Build and maintain executive/management dashboards to articulate the status and drive actions
  • Update and maintain resource data on the tracking system: project information, resource assignment, resource information/skillset, hiring information,
  • Build a relationship with BU staff and coordinate BU activities for engagement development
  • Manage and maintain sales data for all accounts including new and existing accounts
  • Coordinate with Finance team, RMO team, Hiring team, L&D team, HR teamin all related activities
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports including bench status, financial health status, endyear review, and revenue forecast
  • Support other operational activities

Qualifications:

  • Work independently and track/followup/execute with precision and don't hesitate to get help from others at the right time
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks proactively
  • Careful, proactive, Selfmotivated, openminded, organized, and highly responsible
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. Experience with Excel / Google Sheets preferred
  • Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides skills
  • Strong communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detailoriented
