Job Description:

We are offering an immediate opening for a
Sales Administrator to join our international Sales teams. This position will be based in our Ho Chi Minh office.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES:

  • Contribute significantly to the overall success of the sales team by ensuring general administrative tasks are handled effectively, allowing sales team to focus on their primary goal of generating revenue
  • Perform daily offer setup based on client needs
  • Take care of the optimizations and maintenance of the portfolio of ads of AdStart Media
  • Liaise with different departments to facilitate and improve internal sales' performance and work efficiency
  • Coordinate sales team meetings, events on weekly/ monthly basis
  • Perform adhoc duties as and when required

Qualifications:

  • English fluency is a must
  • At least one year of working experience, preferably in Digital Marketing as a Sales Admin/ Support; but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Creative and analytical thinker with proactive approach towards problem solving
  • High attention to details
  • Strong personalities to work under pressure
