Sales Administrator initially reports through to the Head of Product Implementation within the Customer Experience Team. The executive sponsor for this role is the General Manager of Customer Experience.
**What you will do**:
Our Sales Administrator will perform general administration duties that assists our sales teams with account management of our corporate customers and data validation in Salesforce to ensure we have up-to-date data within our CRM system.
In addition you will:
- Be provided various administration tasks periodically (weekly/monthly) and ADHOC.
We also provide you with the training, equipment and an environment required for you to thrive and succeed in the role.
- KPIs - Meet KPIs specifically related to completing administration tasks within an agreed time frame
- Ensure tasks are provided to you with sufficient hours allocated for completion of the work
- Ensure customer enquiries or sales enquiries are responded to in a timely manner including taking ownership of technical or product issues which require an escalation. Typically this is managed via the Jira ticketing system
- Top 5’s: Meet structured milestones in the format of Thirdly “Top5s”
- Manage your relevant internal stakeholders in Product, Sales & Customer Success. Collaboration requirements include:
- Product feedback: Liaise with Product to ensure BAU requirements are communicated as applicable. In addition provide market feedback to Product relating to potential enhancements & feature requests
- Sales Specialists: Where applicable provide context, via a handover document, to the Sales Specialist Team to ensure the customer has continuity and a positive onboarding experience with Creditorwatch.
**What you should have**:
**Your Key Industry Skills and Experience**:
- A firm understanding of basic and at times more detailed administration tasks that are provided in documentation (excel, MS Word, PDF or similar). For example Importing customer login credentials into our system, cleansing and updating data from Salesforce, updating reports in Salesforce
- Experience in a similar role translating customer and internal requirements and sales administration is highly advantageous
- A proven ability working within similar roles is adventageous
- An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of the Commercial Credit industy
- Great written communication skills
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated and organised with an ability to prioritise.
