1. Administration support to Sales and Support team:
2. Order Entry and administration:
- Process all types of orders including instruments and software, service contract, spare parts, and warranty into system.
- Ensure order header (such as customer account and terms) and order lines (such as part no., quantities, prices, freight charge and discount etc.) which are taken by Sales or Support team are all accurate and comply to company procedures.
- Follow up and update backlog schedule to Sales and Support team when there is any change informed by manufacturing centre or 3rd party vendors.
3. Logistics support:
- Collaborate with customers and their logistics company in the procedure of documentation for customers as necessary.
- Shipping arrangement and Import and Export customs clearance of company products or demo.
- Inventory management and adjustment for demo and spare parts.
4. Yearly audit support
- Provide related documents as requested.
5. Others
- Regular meetings with manager to discuss issues / admin topics.
- Participate in any project (such as CRM/ERP systems) as required.
- Backup for Other Administrator when holiday/sick absences.
- Overtime If necessary.
- Ensure and manage customer satisfaction.
- Work with sensitive and confidential customer information.
- Perform Ad hoc assignment if necessary.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Order Administration.
2. Read and Write: Standard level of Vietnamese and English, written Communication in Chinese is advantage.
3. Familiarity with incoterms and import and export procedure.
4. Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM system is an advantage.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
6. Personality: supportive, organize and efficient, eager to learn, good interpersonal skill, able to work independently with self-discipline.
