Sales Administrator

We are offering an immediate opening for a **Sales Administrator **to join our international Sales teams. This position will be based in our Ho Chi Minh office. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet with you.
**YOUR MAIN DUTIES**:
- Contribute significantly to the overall success of the sales team by ensuring general administrative tasks are handled effectively, allowing sales team to focus on their primary goal of generating revenue
- Perform daily offer set-up based on client needs
- Take care of the optimizations and maintenance of the portfolio of ads of AdStart Media
- Liaise with different departments to facilitate and improve internal sales’ performance and work efficiency
- Coordinate sales team meetings, events on weekly/ monthly basis
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
**YOUR ATTRIBUTES**:
- English fluency is a must
- At least one year of working experience, preferably in Digital Marketing as a Sales Admin/ Support; but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Creative and analytical thinker with proactive approach towards problem solving
- High attention to details
- Strong personalities to work under pressure
