- **Event management**: Organize external and internal events with event agencies, track budget, coordinate activities for launch of new brands and manage contracts as well as communication platforms.
- **Business results focus**:

- Track sales and market share trends against plan and amend.
- Monitor expenditures regularly and implement spending contingency plans as required.
- Monitor sales forecast and product inventory expiration dates, help head of BU established inventory clearance procedures to minimize write offs.
- **Support in administrative task relating with Marketing activities**:

- Create event/ Purchasing proposals; Get signature and vendors, stamp from Managers; get quotation/ design from vendors, etc.
- **Support Marketing Activities**:

- Work directly with related systems and vendor for purchasing goods/ services that serve for Marketing activities.
- Support in payment process for vendors.
