**What you will be doing**:
In this role, as a Bid administrator, you will coordinate proposal generation across the business, ensuring bids are submitted on time and with proper approvals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring timely submission of all bids while adhering to internal governance standards.
- Coordinating bid preparation with various stakeholders.
- Managing the organization and storage of documents in the company's databases.
- Drafting bid documentation and compiling standard documentation such as QHSE and accounts.
- Enhancing the professional appearance and layout of bid documents and related templates.
- Utilizing the company's CRM system, online portals, and other databases effectively.
- Offering sales and marketing administrative support to the Business Development Director.
- Undertaking additional administrative duties as needed.
**What we are looking for**:
- At least 2 years experience as a Bid Administrator or similar administrative role.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, especially Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Capable of building professional relationships with managers and engineers.
