Idal Trainer

**Job Description**:
**Position Overview**:
The position will address the device service demand to develop swine products for our company in Vietnam markets. The role will implement the device service strategy to align with the technical and marketing plan of our company. The role will make sure the end users use correctly IDAL devices in the farm

**Primary Accountabilities**:

- Working closely with the swine technical manager to implement the device strategy to support the swine products
- Working closely with Idal service center manager to prepare the new IDAL devices, maintenance or rotating IDAL device for customers
- Training the device usage to end customers like pig farmers, farm workers
- Monitoring and coaching the farms which used IDAL devices
- Responsible to manage all the devices/equipment that the company offers to customers
- Participating in the product training provided by suppliers.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships, with farm owners, and farm technical managers.
- Carrying out special projects assigned by the Business Unit Manager.

**Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications**:
**Experience and Education**
- 1-2 years of experience in vaccination on farms.
- Intermediate education or above in Veterinarian, Animal Husbandry or related majors.

**Knowledge, skills, and abilities**
- Knowledge of equipment and device for the animal health industry
- Knowledge of swine vaccine injections is a refer
- Verbal and written communication skills,
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Need to be adaptable and able to work to multiple and often tight deadlines
- Willing to work at swine farms
