Plastics Injection Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plastics Injection Sales Manager to join our team at Nala Groups.
About the RoleThis is a highly demanding role that requires a deep understanding of plastic injection machines and their applications. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales, business development, and relationship management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base and developing new business opportunities with Japanese manufacturing companies in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales revenue and expand our market share.
- Negotiate and close deals with senior-level executives from major Japanese manufacturing companies.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage complex negotiations and resolve conflicts in a professional and diplomatic manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree from a reputable university in any field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the plastics industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Japanese language and intermediate English.
