**Job description**
- Coordinate production planning, material status tracking, delivery, and output control to optimize production capacity and reduce costs.
- Develop and manage material demand plans, including material control, calculation, and distribution coordination; oversee work order production, monitor production progress, and issue reminders.
- Ensure the production department meets targets by implementing requirements, proposing corrective actions, and achieving key performance indicators set by production management.
- Prevent, analyze, and resolve issues related to sluggish materials.
- Organize and lead production and sales meetings; review production schedules; assist manufacturing units in increasing production capacity and reducing costs; support the resolution of temporary production abnormalities.
- Conduct risk management by analyzing production capacity loads, formulating advance plans for potential order overloads, and coordinating with production departments.
- Plan material preparation and maintain inventory control.
- Review material shortages and implement appropriate countermeasures.
- Develop and maintain a warehouse management process to ensure efficient receipt and delivery of raw materials and finished products, eliminating errors.
- Monitor and report on deadstock to maintain mínimal inventory levels, preventing production shutdowns due to material shortages.
- Conduct monthly material status analysis, develop monthly/quarterly inventory plans, and implement controls to meet production needs.
- Submit monthly reports on production management and warehousing activities to ensure the smooth execution of production schedules and accurate material handling.

**Requirements& Benefit**
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3YOE+ as the similar position in factory manufacturing, good at doing material control
- Good in English or Chinese
- Open for Taiwanese or Chinese who can speak Vietnamese
- Salary: Upto $1500

Pay: 20,000,000₫ - 35,000,000₫ per month
