Square is looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive the growth of our Outbound Sales Development Organization. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive top-of-funnel activity and deliver against our annual sales quotas. Your leadership will directly impact the success of our sales organization and contribute to the growth of Square.

You Will

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive top-of-funnel activity and deliver against our annual sales quotas.
  • Lead a team of sales managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive sales growth.

You Will

  • 4+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth company.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related field.
  • BA/BS Degree.
  • Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and departments in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate and manage relationships with senior executives.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in a metrics-driven sales organization.

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
