Sales Development Representative

SaaS Academy is seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by sourcing qualified Growth Sessions for our Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound Call Excellence: Consistently exceed 100 outbound dials per day, maintaining a strong phone presence and efficiently managing warm leads in our CRM.
- Growth Session Sourcing: Set a minimum of 10 Growth Sessions within one month, with the ongoing expectation of setting three per day by month two. Effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, handle objections, and accurately report sales pipeline data in HubSpot.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Display a growth mindset, actively seek feedback to improve performance, and engage in 1:1 and team meetings to share successful strategies and tactics.
- 6+ months of inbound/outbound B2B sales development experience
- 6+ months of experience with high-volume cold calling (100+ dials per day)
- Applicants must reside in the US or Canada
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Proficiency and competence in working with CRM systems
- Experience in a startup/SaaS company
- Experience working with a team across multiple disciplines
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Familiarity with our tech stack: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Google Workspace, Salesloft, Gong
- Compensation: $88,000 USD OTE ($60,000 base + uncapped commission)
