**High-Performing Account Executive Wanted for SaaS Academy**

We're seeking a top-tier sales professional to drive revenue growth and manage the sales pipeline for our SaaS company.

**Job Description**

US or Canadian time zones required

Compensation: $340,000 CAD OTE (base + uncapped commission) | Unlimited PTO | Fully Remote | Generous Benefits

**About SaaS Academy**

We're a mission-driven team dedicated to helping Software as a Service (SaaS) companies grow through world-class coaching and training. Our CEO, Johnny Page, is a seasoned B2B SaaS executive with a proven track record of success.

**Account Executive Role**

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for closing new clients, managing the sales pipeline, and generating leads through outbound sales efforts. You'll report directly to the Director of Sales and be expected to make an immediate impact on revenue production within 30 days.

**Responsibilities & Success Metrics**

* World-Class Closer:
+ Drive significant revenue growth within 30 days by leveraging your proven track record of closing deals.
+ Excel in communication, negotiation, and addressing client concerns.
* Pipeline Management:
+ Skillfully manage the sales approach and pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and seizing every opportunity.
+ Collaborate effectively with Sales Development Representatives to optimize lead generation and conversion.
* Outbound Sales Generation:
+ Drive new business through outbound sales efforts with warm leads and reengage prospective clients in our CRM.
+ Maintain a vibrant sales pipeline through articulate and persuasive communication skills.

**Experience and Qualifications**

* Minimum 3 years of proven history of surpassing sales targets in a high-ticket, high-volume setting.
* Minimum 3 years of prior experience in SaaS or coaching/consulting sales.
* Demonstrated excellence in selling to highly sophisticated entrepreneurs or marketing intangible services.
* Prior experience in a remote-first sales environment.
* Prior experience working with a Sales Development Representative team.
* Working out of and maintaining high-quality sales data via a CRM.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* HubSpot (or other relevant CRM) experience.
* Standard sales tech-stack competence.

**Time Zone & Location**

* Required: Must be located in the US or Canada.
