Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive - West

Sprinklr is a leading enterprise software company that enables every organization on the planet to make their customers happier. We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our West Region team.

Job Summary:

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Sprinklr's core products in the West Region. This role requires a strong understanding of customer experience (CXM) and the ability to build relationships with CMOs and CTOs of large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, negotiate, and close big deals in a defined territory
  • Develop sales opportunities and identify decision-makers and influencers
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive way
  • Seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and business referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide a sales edge
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in building relationships and closing deals
  • Strong understanding of CXM and its impact on business
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:

Sprinklr offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $99,000 - $132,000 - $165,000, as well as a discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and equity plan.
