About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to join our team at Sprinklr. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing big deals with Fortune 50 clients. Your expertise in salesmanship, relationship-building, and customer-centric approach will enable you to develop sales opportunities and identify the necessary decision-makers and influencers of the prospective deal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Sprinklr's presence in the Fortune 50 market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CMOs and CTOs of top brands, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify the necessary decision-makers and influencers of the prospective deal.
  • Listen, identify, and understand clients' needs and deliver to their expectations, building relationships with multiple stakeholders and influencing them in a positive way.
  • Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and utilizing business referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to provide a sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
  • Seek feedback at every opportunity to continuously improve and be the best version of yourself.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of success in building relationships and closing complex deals.
  • Strong understanding of the Customer Experience revolution and its impact on global brands and consumers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-centric approach.
