About the Role

Vendia is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for selling our data automation cloud to enterprise and mid-enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate target accounts and stakeholders.
  • Proactively prospect and conduct account research to identify potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to build and execute campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity.
  • Closing business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and System Integrators to drive growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • BA/BS with a minimum of 5 years of field experience in sales, sales development, or business development.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Familiarity with selling data and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate them clearly to all levels of technical aptitude.
  • Engaging and compelling customer skills, with high cognitive empathy and ability to craft stories tailored to the customer.
  • Demonstrated experience and approach to qualifying potential opportunities through initial discovery with prospects.
  • Track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility with prospective customers.
  • High EQ and self-awareness.
  • Self-driven, competitive attitude and strong desire to be successful.
  • Excellent time and resource management skills.
  • Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, ABM tools.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
