About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for closing new clients, managing the sales pipeline, and generating leads through outbound sales efforts.

Responsibilities & Success Metrics
  1. World-Class Closer: Drive significant revenue growth within 30 days by leveraging your proven track record of closing deals. Competing with our top closers, you will excel in communication, negotiation, and addressing client concerns, ensuring an immediate impact on revenue production.
  2. Pipeline Management: Skillfully manage the sales approach and pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and seizing every opportunity. Collaborate effectively with Sales Development Representatives to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  3. Outbound Sales Generation: Drive new business through outbound sales efforts with warm leads and reengage prospective clients in our CRM. Your articulate and persuasive communication skills will be instrumental in maintaining a vibrant sales pipeline.
  4. Meet or Exceed Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed quota attainment.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of proven history of surpassing sales targets in a high-ticket, high-volume setting
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience in SaaS or coaching/consulting sales
  • Demonstrated excellence in selling to highly sophisticated entrepreneurs, or marketing intangible services such as coaching or consulting
  • Prior experience in a remote-first sales environment
  • Prior experience working with a Sales Development Representative team
  • Working out of and maintaining high-quality sales data via a CRM
