Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
Service Delivery:
Oversee the service department, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services to B2B clients.
Implement and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Address escalated customer issues promptly, collaborating with the service team for effective resolution.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve service quality and client relationships.
Multilingual Capability:
Utilize language skills, especially in English, to engage with clients and partners effectively.
Leverage additional language proficiency to enhance communication and relationships in diverse markets.
Leadership Development:
Cultivate a high-performance culture within the sales and service teams.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and career development.
Foster cross-functional collaboration between sales, service, and other relevant departments.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the sales and service budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Monitor financial performance against budgetary goals, identifying areas for cost optimization.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on sales and service performance to senior management.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
**Job Requirements**:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in B2B industrial sales leadership with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving a customer-centric culture.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Results-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of industrial sales processes and the ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles.
Experience with CRM software and sales performance analytics tools.
