Head of Sales

ACG_1854_JOBManage all initiatives and strategies aimed at business growth and attainment of company sales targets.Develop sales plans including forecasting and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for the Board of Directors to aid in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget allocation, and strategic decision-making.Identify and secure new clients while overseeing all stages of deal execution, from account development to contract negotiation and closure.Cultivate relationships with employer partners through networking, ongoing support, and ensuring their sustained success.Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline forecasts, business impact, and feedback from employer partners.Deliver presentations, webinars, and demonstrations to educate employer partners on the corporation’s value proposition.Establish and nurture partnerships with key customers both internally and externally.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in B2B2C in Bank (Payroll, Corporate Finance, Investment Bank), Tech (HRM/ ERM, e-wallet) company, and Buy Now Pay Later, especially at large corporationsAt least 7 years of experience in sales team management and excellent sales achievementsHave connections with C-levels in Manufacturing, Textile, Electric, Shoes, and Retail businessesExtensive understanding of sales principles and practices and the ability to train others on these topicsGood at finance, risk management, internal vs. external communication skills, negotiation skills, and budget controllingStrategic and open-minded thinkingStrong leadership and team building abilities
