**Job Summary**:
- Oversee the sales operations in Zone 1, which encompasses the Middle to North regions of Vietnam.
- Requires a strategic and experienced professional who can drive sales growth, lead a team of Area Sales Managers, and build strong customer relationships.
- Report directly to the Country Head.
- Play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Possess strong character, the ability to work independently, and be prepared to travel extensively across the country.
**JOb Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in Zone 1.
- Monitor market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan and execute the Sales Schemes.
- **Team Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers in Zone 1.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular performance feedback, and foster a high-performance culture.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C1 and C2.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Country Head.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- **Industry Knowledge**:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the agrochemical industry, including key C1 and C2.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer behaviors that may impact payment patterns.
- **Travel**: Be prepared to travel extensively across Zone 1 to support sales activities, meet with customers, and oversee the performance of the sales team.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILL**:
- 10+ year experience in sales of agriculture products or related fields. Proven track record in a similar managerial role is essential.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the agrochemical market.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
