The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Maintain and build up long-term relationships with key partners across diversified categories in Bank, payment, etc.
- Collaborate with key partners in co-marketing efforts in terms of planning and execution to grow their business on ShopeeFood.
- Manage stakeholders such as Marketing, Business Development, and Operations teams to deliver the best result for campaigns/activities.
- Plan and manage campaigns with an out-of-the-box and can-do attitude to create case studies while bringing satisfaction to brands.
- Analyze data and provide reports to Leader & Manager.
- Solve problems regarding contracts, debts, etc.
- Participate in competitor research, strategic campaign, and other ad hoc projects as required
- Acquire new accounts for an expansion pool of customers.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Partnership/ Account Management/ Business Development/ Strategy Consulting or related roles.
- Critical thinking, multitasking, and creative thinking.
- Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong digital knowledge
- Experience in executing brands' marketing budgets and reporting.
- Team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Office: Excel, PowerPoint.
