**Job Description**:
The Director, Digital & Corporate Partnerships, Vietnam, will work to identify and implement partnership opportunities for large and complex Corporate partnerships, mapping the Fintech, large conglomerate and conglomerate group market landscape and assisting in embedding co-creation capabilities into the Vietnam market. You will also be responsible for scaling the use of Visa credentials and solutions with new acquiring and issuing business - virtual banks, digital enablers (working with the Processing team) and large-scale platforms with material merchant or consumer customer bases. You will work closely with Hub teams to identify key partners, build, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and execute against these to drive net revenue from these new issuance deals. The role supports the Digital Partnerships organization to develop and manage Visa’s strategic relationships and related programs with commerce ecosystems. Visa’s partners in this sector are leading brands that connect consumers to information via devices, search, advertising, or social networks. Key job responsibilities will include client management, strategic analysis, and business development. Specific Responsibilities: Maintain and strengthen day-to-day relationship management for a select group of strategic partners, expanding Visa’s reach Conduct analysis of strategic opportunities for Visa capabilities that increases revenue for both parties through a deep understanding of the partner's business and evolving industry context, including payment strategy Lead and drive strategic opportunities from proposal stage through implementation by providing project management and cross-functional coordination Provide regular reporting, analysis on relationship status to senior management Support the market leader in developing overall strategy for commerce ecosystems or other ad hoc projects Establish and enhance pipeline of product enhancements, development and acceleration plans Set out key client strategy and roadmap for growth, work with client organizations and internal teams to ensure execution and delivery of key growth targets Day-to-day relationship management for a select group of strategic partners, expanding Visa’s reach Utilize industry, consumer purchasing behavior, wallets trends, retail banking and global digital trend analysis, as well as customer knowledge to develop value-added services to Visa clients Manage and meet business metric performance for Visa products in Vietnam, including CIF, payment volume, transaction volume and international cash This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus - Minimum 10 - 12 years of business experience with related consulting & strategy and/or sales and management experience in the corporate banking, mobile, software, hardware, or technology services industry - Experience working in a fast-paced environment navigating ambiguity successfully, prior experience at Visa and/or payments industry is a plus - Self-motivated, self-starter, and highly driven - Ability to identify potential opportunities, develop strategic plans and manage the teams needed to bring them to fruition. - Vision and passion for our business, with high energy and intelligence - Demonstrated track record of planning, managing, and closing a complex, competitive sales effort and managing deals from negotiation, to closing and through delivery - Hands-on, entrepreneurial and nimble, while also able to navigate a globally matrixed environment - Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to influence management and other relevant parties
