Ancient8 is seeking a Creative Director who manages a team dedicated to designing products. This person will maintain a cohesive look and feel of a project, supervises the entire creative process, and guides the team that works under them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and projects that elevate the brand and enhance the user experience.
- Oversee the design and development of visual assets, including websites, landing pages, digital advertisements, and presentations.
- Lead the design and animation of motion graphics, including videos, animations, and interactive experiences.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of creative excellence and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Crypto, Web3, and design, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience as an art director in a digital agency, or a similar role.
- Extensive experience in developing digital assets for a range of platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to lead creative projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of the Crypto and Web3 industries, with a passion for the technology and its potential.
