2. Team Leadership

  • Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, inspiring and motivating them to produce exceptional work.
  • Grow a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the agency.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and mutual support.

3. Project Oversight

  • Oversee the execution of creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring highquality, ontime, and onbudget deliverables.
  • Review and approve creative work at key stages of development.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure seamless integration of creative concepts into final deliverables.

4. Client Interaction

  • Act as a key creative liaison with clients, presenting concepts persuasively. Incorporate client feedback and requirements into solutions while advocating for innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, communication, and collaboration.

Requirements:

High sense of western culture creative concept is preferrable, with age range from 29 to 34 years old.

6+ years of relevant experience, with background as an
Art Director, and proven ability to develop successful concepts.

  • Proficiency in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: Digital & Traditional.
  • Exceptional
    creative vision and conceptual thinking, with a keen understanding of business objectives, branding, and storytelling principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in
    English communication.
