Mô tả chung vị trí tuyển dụng - Art Director
- Art Director sẽ chịu trách nhiệm trong việc thiết lập phong cách hình ảnh tổng thể cho các dự án về sự kiện/ quảng cáo truyền thông, từ biến ý tưởng sáng tạo thành hình ảnh/video trực quan thuyết minh dự án đến khi triển khai thực tế chiến dịch sự kiện/ quảng cáo truyền thông đó.
- Art Director sẽ định hướng, chỉ định và giám sát những người có liên quan để cùng nhau xây dựng và tạo ra các sản phẩm thiết kế cho dự án.
- Art Director cũng được kỳ vọng sẽ là nhà tư vấn giàu kinh nghiệm về các ý tưởng sáng tạo trong lĩnh vực thiết kế quảng cáo truyền thông và tổ chức sự kiện.
- Báo cáo trực tiếp cho Creative Director/Managing Director

Phạm vi công việc
- Tham gia nhận brief và brainstorm sáng tạo ý tưởng sự kiện, quảng cáo, truyền thông
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với bộ phận Account / Planning / Creative để đảm bảo cung cấp ý tưởng sáng tạo phù hợp với mỗi yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- Biến ý tưởng sáng tạo thành các tác phẩm đồ họa (hình ảnh/video) và trình bày ý tưởng với khách hàng.
- Đảm bảo chất lượng mỹ thuật và nghệ thuật cho các ấn phẩm đồ họa dự án sự kiện, quảng cáo truyền thông như Key Visual, Sân khấu âm nhạc/sự kiện, VFX, POSM, quầy kệ trưng bày, video clip. packaging brand identity, social digital design (fanpage post, web, app, game)
- Nghiên cứu về marketing, quảng cáo, ngành nghề, sản phẩm để thấu hiểu về sản phẩm, dịch vụ, ngành hàng, người tiêu dùng mục tiêu cho các dự án đang thực hiện
- Chủ động tìm kiếm, tiếp cận các ý tưởng và công nghệ mới hỗ trợ cho việc thực hiện dự án nhằm nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của công ty.
- Tham gia các công việc khác liên quan đến nghệ thuật và thiết kế ở công ty: Thiết kế nội bộ, thiết kế theo yêu cầu của BGĐ, cập nhật các xu hướng mới về ngành cho BGĐ, tổ chức các buổi training/workshop
- Lựa chọn, giao việc và giám sát các nhà cung cấp hoặc freelancer liên quan đến công việc khi cần thiết
- Làm việc sát sao, định hướng công việc, hỗ trợ, đào tạo, hướng dẫn và phát triển đội ngũ các nhân viên thiết kế trong công ty.
- Duy trì mối quan hệ và giao tiếp tốt trong nội bộ team và với các team còn lại trong công ty.
- Hỗ trợ Creative Director giám sát tất cả các công việc và dự án thiết kế
- Làm việc với Creative Director để thiết kế và tối ưu hóa các giải pháp sáng tạo mới phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh và công nghệ.

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành thiết kế, mỹ thuật.
- Có ít nhất ba (03) năm kinh nghiệm liên quan tại các công ty quảng cáo truyền thông, tổ chức sự kiện.
- Có khả năng định hướng mỹ thuật và sáng tạo cho thiết kế sân khấu âm nhạc/sự kiện, thiết kế key visual, VFX, video clip, photo shoot
- Đam mê công việc, óc sáng tạo phong phú vượt trội, có tính thẩm mỹ cao và thấu hiểu thị hiếu khách hàng
- Có kiến thức sâu rộng và cập nhật thường xuyên về lĩnh vực thiết kế quảng cáo marketing 360, mỹ thuật, nhiếp ảnh, dựng phim...
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm thiết kế đồ họa. Có khả năng dựng phim là một lợi thế
