**Job Description**:

- Work with the creative director to develop added value artwork and creative concepts
- Leading visual design discovery sessions with the client with and without the participation of the Creative Director
- Confer with project manager to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts and to coordinate creative activities
- Use all available technologies to create interactive multimedia campaign ideas
- Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements needed to illustrate and develop concepts
- Art Director is responsible for the visualization & creation of digital and interactive media.
- Designs media in a wide variety of styles that correspond to the client needs.
- Managing the work of the design team in coordination with project managers
- Train staff members to develop design concepts ideas and encourage creativity into their daily work
