Mô tả công việc

Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Strategic Planners, Media, and Account teams to receive briefs and develop overarching creative concepts (TVCs, digital campaigns, branding, social media, etc.).

Lead and inspire the design team (Graphic, Motion, 3D, and Digital Designers) to execute ideas from concept to final deliverables.

Develop key visuals, moodboards, storyboards, and layouts for communication campaigns or brand projects.

Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and brand experience across all channels (ATL, BTL, Digital).

Participate in pitch presentations, delivering visual concepts that effectively persuade and engage clients.

Oversee and supervise design quality and production progress, ensuring timelines and aesthetic standards are met.

Stay up to date with trends in design, art, motion, digital innovation, and AI-driven creativity to continually refresh Novaon's brand storytelling approach.

Mentor and guide the design team in creative thinking, visual style, and skill development.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Communications, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in creative design, including 2–3 years as an Art Director or Senior Art Director at an agency.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Strong visual storytelling ability and concept-driven mindset.

Deep understanding of market trends and digital user behavior.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and elevate a creative team.

A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, or standout creative projects.

Prior experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, or Communication Agencies is a plus.
