I. JOB PURPOSES:
In charge of leading & managing all key modern trade customers, indirect manage KAMs & BDF operation in driving MT as assigned channel.
Accountable for coverage, distribution, merchandising of product, successful supporting operation team in order to achieve profit and sale volume objectives in assigned in MT channel.
Accountable for recommendation on trade promotion, marketing, pricing, discount and account servicing & sale fundamental planning.
II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Eucerin Business Strategy
Develop channel strategy, promotion & visibility plan by key account.
Achieve Sales in & out targets within given budget.
Drive MT expansion with all assortment list-in.
Improve efficiency e.g. trading term, sales & BT productivity, etc.
Provide monthly business review by analyzing sales performance and market competition.
Handle for sale ordering.
Manage pricing by execute ‘ONE PRICE’ strategy.
2. Team Management
Coach, motivate, counsel, discipline and control his/her subordinates as well as to appraise their performance.
To follow up the development of his/her area potential and recommend further actions.
To execute ad-hoc operations as planned by the Company.
Team-work, promoting mutual spirit and dealing with disciplinary matters;

II. SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
1.Education Qualification
Bachelor/Master Degree in Business related field is required
2.Working Experiences
At least 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or Category Management
Experience managing trade spend
Experience in FMCG and MT a must and in a multi-national company desired
Excellent retailer, shopper & customer understanding
Commercial acumen
Expert understanding of activation planning process and inputs/outputs
Understanding of Nielsen Retail Measurement Services (RMS) key metrics
Data analysis skill is a requirement.
3.Competencies requirement
Out of the box strategic thinker
Ability to influence cross - functionally and key stakeholders
Self-motivated with a drive for results
Able to lead, build trust and motivate direct reports to build next generation of leaders
Fluent English - written and spoken
4.Other qualifications
Computer knowledge, Power Point, Excel, Word
