**Account Manager**

T_his position seeks a tech-savvy and motivated _**Account Manager (Affiliate Marketing)**_ _to manage and optimize our affiliate marketing initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with both the merchant/client side and the affiliate/publishers side, ensuring strong relationships and successful partnerships. You will be responsible for supporting the growth of affiliate programs, managing client expectations, and analyzing data to optimize performance._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for merchants/clients and affiliates/publishers, maintaining strong relationships on both sides.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to meet client goals.
- Conduct research to identify and recruit new affiliates while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Support merchants/clients and affiliates/publishers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on best practices.
- Monitor affiliates/publishers' performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Compile data and create reports on program performance, including key metrics and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the success of affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Ensure program compliance by monitoring affiliates/publishers' activities and resolving any issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to both merchants/clients and affiliates/publishers, ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing agency or account management role.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing; experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with an ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and tools.
- Intermediate level of English (written and verbal) for clear communication with merchants/clients and affiliates/publishers.
- Strong research skills to identify trends and opportunities within the affiliate marketing space.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to compile, analyze, and present performance reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience managing both merchants/clients and affiliates/publishers’ relationships.
- Strong sense of data, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
