**Responsibilities**:

- Create request for Major events - Review workflow
- Clarify event date/evaluation
- Payment for vendor (Major & Minor events)
- Create/change vendor code
- Create FCPA workflow on IT tools for Major events
- Receive invoices from vendors, stick to A4 sheet -> matching
- Collect CMEs/Actual lists/invoices/service contracts
- For DMs in provinces to go field visit or for MR to join training.
- Process payment for invoices.

**Desired Experience/Education**:

- 2-years working experience in Admin/Sales Admin/ Customer Service
- Bachelor Degree and/or Pharmaceutical background is an advantage

- High motivation level with strong drive to achieve results and contribute to company's performance.

- Demonstrating experience data process & analysis such data reporting, SIP report
- Possessing experience in customer-facing position
- Having professional planning experience
